Delivery

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within [1-3] business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

  • Shipping Rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer [Standard/Express/Overnight] options.

  • Damages: Empty Promise is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Returns & Exchanges

Because every item at Empty Promise is made-to-order specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or buyer’s remorse. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that your order is custom-made and ineligible for return. We encourage you to review our [Sizing Guide] and order details carefully before checking out.

Exceptions: Damaged or Defective Items

The only exception to our “No Returns” policy is if the item arrives damaged or is manufacturing-defective.
